Cameron Yarbourgh, a ninth-grader at Del Norte High in California, won the Division 1 boys freshman race at the 42nd ASICS Mt. Carmel Cross Country Invitational at Balboa Park's Morley Field. Yarbourgh covered the 3-mile course in 16:59.4 to help Del Norte finish fourth with 145 points.
