Caleb Mosley, an 11th-grader at Foothill High in Nevada, won the Division 1 boys junior race by covering the 3-mile layout in 16:14.9 at the 43rd ASICS Mt. Carmel Cross Country Invitational at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif.
